Charlie went back to his office and began to look up the criminal file and got a match. His name was Michael Ritchie. The detective saw that Ritchie lived in Carson City. Before the detective left, Susie politely asked if she could come with him. They where her toys after all. He said,” Okay but don’t get in the way.”
They set off the next day for Carson on a plane when they got off they saw Michael, they quietly followed him until he called a cab, and the detective did the same and told the driver to follow the car in front. When Michael stopped he went in side and got something and left. The detective got out and went inside and found two things one was a Mexican jumping bean tied to a blue key the bean said cozy Utah log cabin #78.
So the detective got the first plane ticket to Utah. When they got to Utah they called a cab and asked the nice driver to go to Cozy Log so they set off on the way they saw Michael they quickly ducked down so he wouldn’t see them.
When they got there they had passed Michael but it was only minutes before he got there so they used the blue key and got in and waited for Michael. They heard a creek at the door when they looked up they saw Michael the detective tried to subdue him but then Michael immediately reached for his gun and so did the detective but the detective got there first and shot Michael in the arm. The detective called the police and an ambulance for Michael. When they got back Susie said “I need a tough body guard”.
